At Reen's Cafe and Books, we want you to love what you read! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to assist with returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Books & Merchandise: Items must be returned in their original condition—unread, unused, and free of damage.

• Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be made within 10 days of the purchase date (or delivery date for online orders).

• Receipt Required: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)

  • Digital products (eBooks, audiobooks)

  • Personalized or special-order items

 

Return Methods

• In-Store Purchases: Bring your item and receipt to our store for a refund or exchange.

• Online Orders: Contact us at info@reenscafeandbooks.com to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

 

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of receipt. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
